i dont understand this chick

i recently ran into a girl that y friends used to go to school with. the first time i met her, she seemed really cool n flirty... So i thought she was into me a lil. I also thought this because the whole time, she was facing only me out of the other 3 ppl on the table. so i told my friends about her and they told me that she is just like that. basically what they were tring to say was that she has a flity personality and that she does that to everyone. I dont know what the hell to do, cause i usually read body language preety good but this time its different. Also, whenever i alk 2 her online, shes very exited to talk to me, but then again, she is known to do that with everyone. and she is also the type of girl that if you ask her out and she doesnt like u, she wouldnt give a stright up answer. n if ou put your arms around her, she wouldnt say anythin, weather she likes you or not. I dont know what 2 do, ive made a preety good first impression, but i usually fuk up on the second ones. anyone got anyadvice lemme know.
