"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You know i never realized this until recently i've been doing this very often. Whenever i talk to a girl, whether or not im interested, i dont hold eye contact. This has become a very bad habit for me.... But i've also realized im doing this in general with people

either A) they think im not listening to what their saying
B) think im disinterested (which i probably am from the start)

But I remember somwhere in the bible, Eye contact creates a feeling of "being in love". I agree. The times ive done it in the past, has worked wonders in boosting their IL in me, it creates this type of subconscious connection. and it gives me this go-hung feeling too. like in movies electricity moving from eye to eye.

Is it because of my lack of EC, that IL isnt created on their part as well as mine?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I don't really have a problem making eye contact, its just if they arn't looking back it feels to much like I'm staring at them.

I know what you mean and i agree.
On my part it's not a confidence issue, i guess you could say i dont care enough to pay attention (keep eye contact)... then again sometimes im just sleepy. but then again a lot of people are like that, so maybe im not that different after all.
No wonder my friend sometimes tells me im distant and another girl one time asked if i was bored.

EC is good stuff.I remember one time i made EC with this one chick and it felt like we needed to get it on. Too bad she was such a sketchy person.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Eyecontact is one of the strongest tools in your aresenal. Its not all about maintaining eye contact, its about knowing when to hold eye contact...when not too...and being able to switch back and forth between both techniques.

A technique I like to use, is to start the convo with strong eyecontact...but soon after, break eyecontact...while slowly building up strong steady eye contact. By the time noticable eye contact is made, the person will feel like they have earned your attention, and will be much more receptive of you.
