I did something today and now am having after thoughts

I met a really pretty girl recently and got her number etc. good chemistry light kino. We have coffee planned this week and today I was at the mall with a few friends and I see her there shopping alone. She saw me and came over to say hi and after a few mins i told my friends ill see them later and went to hang out with the HB instead. We shopped then had ice cream from a small Haagen Daaz place inside the mall.

Was leaving my friends to be with her a bit too strong/showed too much interest or should I not worry about it? Were still doing the coffee btw

That was a shıtty move on your behalf towards your friends. You showed way too much interest and she has you. Cancel your date, you already had it, and redeem yourself towards your buddies.
