“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So till now I've been taking only natural whey with no artificial sweetener, same for aminos despite the crappy taste and everything else.

The problem is that because the taste doesnt give me pleasure or sometime simply sucks I find myself putting stuff in it, either choccolate powder or fruit juice, no need to say that those empty calories dont help me to get ripped.

I cut away the alchool, cant even remember last time I drunk it, no smoke or weed but at least for the food and supplements I need some taste and pleasure so I decided to just get protein and the rest with those poisons as sucralose or acesulfame k.

So wondering if anyone is used to consume such things in the long term, you find that stuff in most branded protein powders and pre workouts or BCAA powder to mix.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Or you can use safe options like Stevia and RAW Honey.
Thats a good option when it comes of protein powders which I could improve with raw cocoa powder and stevia, but awfully when it comes of bcaa and pre workouts its almost impossible to to find the stevia version in Europe.

some of the food i eat contains sucralose; here is one example...

http://www.lightandfit.com/light-yogurt/light-and-fit-greek/strawberry-cheesecake

i always thought this was too good to be true; 80 cal and 12 g protein for a strawberry cheesecake yogurt?

i was a little taken back when i first read the title of your thread...

do you think artificial sweetners really are poision? if so, i find myself in the same predicament as you.

i know they arent the healthiest option but what is so bad about them OP?

Cant really tell if they are totally reliable o totally poisonous, check on google yourself, according to many research sucralose has many side effects from weakining the immune system to reducing the count of red cells and so on.

Sure someone may say that "the amount we take is small" yet would you take small amounts of mercury and be safe?

Im trying to see the cost/benefit ratio.

I would have just dropped the whey powder. Firstly it's completely unnecessary.
Second, there is a good chance it's causing bloating and inflammation in your gut.

Eat whole foods or switch to a combination of brown rice/pea proteins

So you've actually noticed a noticeable difference getting ripped using artificial sweetners versus NO sweeteners?

The artificial sweeteners allow to get the same product with less calories in it and without pushing your insulin up, its not that they make you ripped its that they allow you to remove other substances that make you fat.

The problem is that they are poisonous chemicals with a lot of side effects.

The option to use no sweeteners at all could be doable but you probably know the taste of bcaa or arginine as much as virtually no preworkout comes natural or without that sh1t.

Now imagine get a post workout shake with whey, bcaa in water all natural...or get a pre workout shake with water bcaa, pump compounds all natural...sounds more like a punishment.

I too supplemented with shakes for "convenience", now use mostly actual food. I do use an amino booster such as twin labs ripped fuel though, but no more whey shakes.

I was wondering if the artificial sweeteners led to holding fat and fluids. I heard some stuff about them but never got conclusive evidence on my own body.
