"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

It started back in eight grade, me and this one girl had a thing or w/e, we liked each other but I was a shy bytch at the time and I never made a move and eventually she ended up going out with some other dude. For the next year every so often I'd wondered what would've happened if i actually asked the girl out and I'd wonder if she still liked/thought about me. I thought about her alot. It was pathetic. I was pathetic as hell my freshman year and I'd always thought that we'd get together somehow even though she doesn't even go to the same school as me. Thankfully i found this website about this time last year and tried to follow the bible here. it took some time but i slowly became an apsiring-DJ.

Now I'm a sophmore and I'm starting to get more play, which is inifinitvely better off than last year where I got none, but seldom my thoughts keep returning to her and it just disgusts the fvck out of me. I mean yeah, she's hot, but shyt there are so many like her out there. Every time I hear her name I get the same funny feeling inside as I did in 8th grade, but I want this shyt to stop for real, I'm a totally different guy than I was last year and I'm not a bytch anymore. I know this sounds kind of stupid but how the hell can I get myself to stop thinking about her?

I'm thinking the main reason behind why I still can't really let this bytch go is because that was the first time that I didn't approach a girl and i lost her and now I'm stuck wondering what would've happened and i'm jealous and angry with myself. does this make sense to you guys?

any insight?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Or you can realize what you did to ruin your chance with her, and focus on those things. Use it as fuel to improve yourself.

I like that, actually, and its a good idea.

But unfortunately it might come down to going total AFC and confessing everything to her just so I get forget about that stupid bytch.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

My insight is to not devote a full post to any specific girls just the game in general, Because you devoting a full post just makes you aware that you still got oneits

go after her. If she rejects you it's over, if she wants you, then you're fulfilling the fantasy.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So a month and a half later and I haven't done anything. Since she goes to a completely different high school, I never see her, and I haven't been able to talk to her. When I tell myself I'm going to make a move, I keep on thinking of:

A. What if she has a guy already?
B. We BOTH played the game that we didn't pay attention to each other in 8th grade (I played it because of the advice of my friends, she because she was shy), I don't want to be the one to cave and tell her my feelings for her because she'll think I'm a total AFC.
C. If I confess everything to her and it does work out, how am I going to even make the relationship last? I'll of seemed desperate and clingy and she'll think I'm an AFC and then it'll be game over.

I really could use some help, I really want to hook up with this chick but I have the worst feeling that if I confess to her and face rejection, she'll tell all of her friends and I'll come off as a total AFC and never get with another girl from that group of friends (which sucks because they're all popular).

Really, I'm desperate for some advice here.

You waited too long

So? it's not like you see her everyday anyway. Like you said, you haven't had a chance to see her or talk to her in TWO YEARS.

C. If I confess everything to her and it does work out, how am I going to even make the relationship last? I'll of seemed desperate and clingy and she'll think I'm an AFC and then it'll be game over.
Your inching dangerously close to AFC by thinking like that. NEVER let negative thoughts control you.

No, first of all she won't go around telling everyone about you. Second, even if she does tell some of her friends, it won't really negatively affect what they think of you. In fact, it could positively affect it because it shows you have some balls.

You have two options:

A) Find someway to contact her (Facebook maybe?) and put your mind to rest by asking her out.

B) Live the rest of your life regretting that you never made a move and thinking about what could have been.

**** or get off the pot my friend.
