Sorry to use you as an example OP but you said you feel so bad about what you did. Here"s what you did. You had consensual sex with a willing partner who was into it at the time, unless she was unconscious or you raped her.

SHE CHOSE TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU. She has free will and the power to say no. THEY ALL DO. You did not say "if we have sex I will go out with you again" Any women on the planet can tell the difference between "we shouldnt but what the hell" and "I am so happy we are together again" sex.

If anyone should feel guilty it is her. She used you for sex, manipulated it to then make you feel guilty, and then tried psychological cruelty. It is AWFUL not knowing if the next call you get is from the ER or worse.

Everybody... lets stop believing that women are the victims and incapable of making choices for themselves. It is wrong and insulting to women and men.

Up until now I was really beating myself up over this but this post opened my eyes. You're absolutely right. She did chose to have sex with me and multiple times beforehand I told her we were not getting back together.

You're right, I was so concerned on what I did in this situation that I completely disregarded her agency. I am so thankful for this post man.
