I cant gain weight.

Im about 6.0 and I weigh around 130-140 punds. Im trying to get to 160-170 so i can start buiding some muscules. Eating doesnt seem to work. Anyone have any ideas? Friends tell me I have a high metabolism rate or something.

k ill read it but doesnt it require some sort of work out? I dont really have much time to work out. I just want to gain some weight and then start working out real hard to cut some off the bf%.I could do push ups and sit ups and other **** like that but would that work? And also how am I going to know how much protein im eating and all that. Does the egg box have the info on how much protein it has? or how much fat the meat has?

Eat like a bloody horse. Only eat good food.

Make sure that you're workout is tough, and you shouldnt go wrong.

It really is hard to eat *lots* of good food... my mate can only bulk on 4700+kcals, so if you're not gaining weight - even fat weight - you're simply not eating enough.

Well if thats true dont even bother worrying about putting on weight.

EATING and LIFTING HEAVY weights is the only way to put on weight so get to it!
