Only start dating when you are comfortable living by yourself, don’t need a woman to fill the void, all nostalgia about your ex has completely gone and no contact with tiurhas been strictly enforced.

You need to have a mindset that any new woman you may be involved with is a compliment to your life, not the centre of it and that you are prepared to walk away without hesitation if things aren’t working out to your satisfaction.

Have an abundance mindset and be careful of the rebound effect/oneitus initially. The first relationship out of an LTR is always the hardest and it’s easy to regress into a blue pill mindset.

Be prepared for a high rejection rate with women once you re-enter the dating market but keep persisting and work on the things within your control to maximise your effectiveness.
