Start with this mentality on dates.

1. Until she validates herself to be worth your time, she is nothing to you. She has to earn a shot to be with you. Next her if she feels other wise.

2. Once she shows she is a quality flexable giving woman, she becomes a plate. Do not develop feelings for them because they will use those feelings to manipulate you. Rember she is nothing but a plate.

3. The first sign of a $#!t test you give a firm warning that she will change that behaviour or she is history.

4. Say no to them. They need to hear this.

5. Don't always be available to them. They need to know that the center of the universe is NOT them. Remember they are just a plate.

6. Never tell them your feelings. Do not ask them to be your girlfriend. That is their job.

7. Never, i repeat never reward bad behaviour.

8. Only after consistant good behaviour date them. Up until you officially date them they are just a plate.

9. Hold your head high. You are the prize. If you know this in your head and act like it they will treat you as the prize.

10. Speak with your actions. Not your words. If they know at any given moment you will walk they will be on their best behaviour and treat you properly. If they don't, you next them.

Making inner game for yourself is as simple as making your life and yourself more exciting and confident.

Increase your social network (based on your posts it sounds limited), hitting on ugly women by yourself is depressing. Get some hobbies, join some groups, work out, and work on your career.

Anyone who has a lot going on in the present has no need to talk about the past. Anyone with a lot of confidence has no need to go over specifics about what they're looking for (lover vs provider), boy meets girl; boy wants to fvck girl. She wants the same. Simple.
