"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

What made me realise? Today I was at a party (small party only with friends) and there was this girl that I have oneitis on, and everytime I was seeing her getting close to someone, or other mutual friends going to dance with her, I couldn't help but feel... not jealous, but kinda cold, emotionless, wtv I don't know how to describe that. Result: I had a crappy night, I barely had fun, and I realised my case is sad... Despite certain small attemps, I am still a major AFC and I realised that today, and I need help to change that because I am sick of it.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Next time at a party, talk to everyone and smile and have a good time. Imagine if there was an oberserver at the party who was trying to guess who is having to most fun. You need to be that guy. Girls, and people in general, go to the center of the fun at a party. If for someone reason you can't have fun, fake it. If you cant fake it (too tired, etc) then leave. Whenever you are at a party, you need to be having fun, or else why would you be there? People who hang at parties and are wallfloweres are insecure, and everyone picks up on that.

You are thinking about it in the wrong terms. You aren't going to change. You are going to grow and improve. Infact I would go as far as saying you will be MORE intouch with who you actually are. Right you are just putting on an AFC costume.

Before you can move forward, I highly suggest getting your personal issues sorted out. That will make everything else a lot easier.
