They're much more straightforward as they have nothing to lose by being direct. No silly teenage schoolyard "reputation" to uphold.
It works better for me if they don't know me well though. They can still be self conscious about looking bad in their social group if they already know me but are married etc.
Still, I can't deny that they don't turn me on the way they did ten years ago.
