"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I´m 17 and I´m always feeling tired although I get enough sleep. I only masturbate once a week and I get like 6 hours of sleep everyday. Any tips on how to be less tired?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

eat right?

Try going on a sugar free, caffeen free, raw food diet (maybe eat baked/boiled chicken and eggs). Try it for ten days and see how it works. You'd be amazed at the increase in energy you get just from eating clean.

There are most likely as many solutions as there are possible reasons for your fatigue. I, however, suggest you try sleeping more than 6 hours. Aim for 7-8. Or, take a mid-day, 20-minute nap, if possible. Also, visit your physician and tell him what's up. Perhaps he can diagnose your symptoms.

Are you overtraining?
Are you experiencing high stress levels?
Have you recently ended a relationship, expereinced a loss of a loved one, etc.?
1. maybe

2. no

3. yes, I had to leave all my friends in the US after I came back to Germany

another reason why I´m fatigue might be the weather. It´s always really cold, rainy and dark here.

Oh come on masturbating more than once a week isn't going to leave you yawning all day long

hmm ok..

What does your training routine look like mate?

2. no

3. yes, I had to leave all my friends in the US after I came back to Germany
Well, having just left all your friends, you could well be emotionally stressed out :)

Winter weather (i.e. think British weather) can have me feeling quite tired and fed up sometimes..However, I don't have the qualifications or knowledge to begin to diagnose this, so I'll leave it for the other guys to give their opinions ;)

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Are you overweight, even slightly? I weighed 235 pounds at my heaviest and was tired ALL the time. Now I weigh 216 and I'm not nearly tired as much as I was during my overweight days.
