“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey, some more diet stuff ;)

Very often I feel hungry even after eating a meal. For example half an hour ago, I was feeling moderately hungry so I ate some eggs and then a good portion of pasta. I also put some olive oil in the sauce.

But after eating this, I feel just as hungry as before. I had enough carbs, protein and fat. Had some fruit before that even. I guess my body would need something different, but what?

I have it all the time. Eating more doesn't really fix it. What am I missing? Thanks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I have a really fast metabolism, and I feel this way whenever I eat food that is not necessarily nutritious. Are you eating tons of fast/packaged food? For me the only food that truly satisfies is home-cooking. My last girl was a professional chef who taught me a few tricks. Since then I no longer get that feeling after eating (except the rare occasion I eat crap)

Another explanation could be intestinal parasites - talk to your doctor either way. Good Luck

Veggies my friend. The fiber in them will keep your insides full for longer.

Broccoli, cabbage, salad etc. is all good.

Try to have a bowl full at least twice a day with your meals.

veggies are just vitamins and water they wont do anything. You need to mix your food up more. Eggs are just protein and you will burn that up in minutes...Pasta is a simple carb and you will also burn that up in minutes. Whenever I want to gain weight I eat pasta because it gets me hungrier in about 30 - 45 mins.

You need to eat heavily spiced meat with minimal carbs. A steak with salmon and a grilled cheese sandwhich with a protein shake mixed with peanut butter and a multi vitamin for example.

Thanks for the advice. Well I'm gonna experiment some more. What's your opinion on rice + stir-fry? (meat, a little vegetables, sauce)
That tends to keep me full.
