"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I hear a lot that you should carry yourself properly. What does this really mean? I know the obvious stuff like don't walk with your head down, etc. but what do you guys really mean when you say carry yourself right? I think this is something I need to work on. Either that or I need to work on smiling more. I'm bad at smiling. It usually looks fake when I do it and I'm trying to figure out how people can keep a smile on their face all day long. I just don't get it.

Another thing: I'm still pretty shy around girls simply because I don't know what to say. I can always come up with some topic but I can never ever get past that small talk stage with any girl. I never know what kind of topics are good.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

hang out with more girls. It comes with experience. You cant just read up on what to say to women. Its not that simple. go make some friends with girls, hang out with them, and go for it from there.

...as someone who can approached but not played.

I ignore women that play games and the ones that I don't want.I put off subtle yet sexual bodylanguage and vibes some of the time and other times I'm very aloof.

I'm a mix between a cool guy and a pure azzhole.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

NO BS-

1.)Learn to love yourself,

2.) learn to luv the life that you currently live, instead of fantasizing about what could be.

3.) Stop being so damn self- conscience. iT DOESN'T matter what stragers think of you.

4.) Dress as well as you can.

5.) Get confidence by actually approaching women. You will not find it in the DJ bible.

6.) Get a life, by finding out what you really enjoy.

7.) GrOW SOME BALLS

8.) Be positive

Do the above and you will "carry" yourself in a carefree confident manner.

Pretty much everything "SELF-MASTERY" said...Nicely said bro.

You need to find out what makes you 'unique' from the bunch. Perhaps developing your own style, (please don't go gothic, or anything crazy!) just draw attention to a strong point you have. You also need to be confident, this radiates through to people, be assertive, and make your point known when you speak.

Most importantly, NEVER be a doormat for anyone- you need to stand up for what your beliefs are. To anyone and everyone, men, women, even HB10's.

I carry myself by not giving a fvck what people think. I've seen this mentality on this website a few times now: "YOU ARE THE CATCH".

^^I think that's great, and i'm beginning to live by it (however not to complete arrogance)

What AverageFC said about acting like you own the place is dead on.

It's sounds cliche, but think about. Imagine it actually IS your building, and that you have the wealth and prestige to own it.

Keep you back straight. Move slowly, and plan your movements. Also, be relaxed, take up space, and smile softly. Those are all the qualities of a guy that has earned a great deal of power.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I was tempted to suggest "act like u own the place," but if the guy doesn't feel as if he owns the damn place, then its all an act. And women can spot a fake a mile away.

Lift some heavy ass weight and the way you walk away from the gym after doing heavy sets off squats, that's the way you walk. I'm getting sick off all *****es who walk around trying to think they own the place. They look like clowns, it shines through they don't feel that powerful inside.

Lift weights ---> Feel more powerful ---> more powerful body language

I've been working out since September last year and have been satisfied with the results so far. I think I just carry myself in an unconfident way even though I don't realize it. Like as though it's a bad habit. I've heard from so many people that this is a very important trait to have - to carry yourself well. But I've never understood what that truly means. Because I mean how does someone else see that you're confident just because your head is up and your back is straight? Lots of people do that (and I'm pretty sure I do all the time too). I'm not so sure if I believe this stuff. I think it has more to do with stuff like smiling, clothes, cologne, and good eye contact.
