I would approach her and joke around and tease her about her skirt.. since it looks like Bear Bryant's hat. I'd read her body language and ask her name, if she is open I'd say something like she would look better without the skirt. And let her wonder what I meant. Chat for 5 minutes about lunch then say I was in a hurry and had to leave and ask for her number. Then read her BL again... if she gives it up without hesitation then it's game on... call her in a couple of days and try to make a date... if she says yes then it's game on. If none of this goes well then on to the next one..

I would first ask her if I could join her . It's important because you're invading into her personal space. It's important to ask her because lot of girls get offended by it most of times( this is how things are in Europe) Once she accepts introduce yourself and ask things about her , joke with her , use the objects in your environment to make things flow . Grab her phone number to hang out some other time . Say that you're really busy and that you have to go but ask her for her phone number.

If she does not accept any of your proposals, retreat politely and move on. And don't worry about any potential rejection, you get valuable experience out of it.
