My mum bought some crappy easy shaper thing and told me to use it in conjuction with my lifting in order to "tone" my muscles.

I was putting it together for her when i noticed this position on it: http://img.diytrade.com/cdimg/179686/1464708/0/1123658940.jpg

How would it be for incline DB benching?

Atm i have to do them on a box which is wider than my body so i have to lean over to one side which makes the edge of it dig into my back. As you can guess, it's not a very comfortable position and it will just hurt once i move onto heaver weights.
