How to you Get a Woman From Number to Partner

After you get a woman's number and a bit of attraction, how do you continue on with her? I think that you need two types of interaction after you meet them: 1. regular types of interaction to get to know her better, and 2. formal and exclusive dates. Partners hang out with one another a lot, but I don't know what to do with a woman regularly. All I can think of is to study with them for a common class and go to similar clubs. I have good plans for action dates, but I don't know what to do to get continual conversation with a girl.

No study dates or going to an extracurricular club dates. Pretend you never had those thoughts. Extracurricular club events are good events for doing "warm-ish" approaches to set one-on-one dates.

Right, so my interaction with women is proposing a date, going on a date, proposing a date, ad infinitum? That sounds so effective. The problem is that women think that you have lost interest if you don't talk to them for a couple of days; and how do you strengthen a relationship where your interactions consist of merely proposing and going on dates? I was not proposing study dates or extracurricular club dates; these are just to hang out with the woman while getting work done or having fun. I want to go on real dates as well as to hang out with women.

I want clarification about one of your points. Are you saying that I should propose a date to her in person and then get her number if she agrees?

That's exactly what I am saying. The date is more valuable than the number. The number isn't valuable unless you are seeing her in-person. Set the framework of all interactions around seeing each other in person.
