"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Hey guys!

I have been meeting a few girls off the "Tinder" App. I had actually had two successful dates/lays off it for only having it a month! If your not familiar with Tinder, you post up pictures, your connected through Facebook and when you BOTH hit YES to each other then you are aloud to text each other through the app.

A problem I STILL have is I can't figure out when to walk away/pursue further after we start talking..

Like this recent 24 yr old girl I texted. She hit YES to me, we texted back and forth, I asked her to give me her number to get together, she was excited and gave me her number but then....

Me"Hey Jessica this is Tom, if your free Wednesday night would you like to grab a bite to eat?"

HB8"Hey! This week is actually really busy for me, my best friend is getting married and I am doing wedding errands all this week, but maybe one night next week?"

I never know if the girl is being legit busy, or not. How can I determine to lose the number or try again next week?

And from now until next week, do I try talking to her at all? Or say nothing...?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

You can't know.

Just put her on the back burner for now, spin more plates, date other chicks and try again next week. If she comes with a new excuse, ditch her.

i actually had one girl off pof have a bunch of excuses. but she was legit. something happened at work, then her grandpa died the next week.

it was a letdown anyways, i met her for sushi and she was like 5/10 and completely NOT INTERESTING. i entertained her for a half hour while eating my food and got the **** out of there.

Simple: if you ask them out for a specific day and they say they're busy that day BUT they counter-offer for a future date, it means they're interested (unless they keep delaying seeing you over and over and over, lol). If you ask them out and they give you an excuse but no counter-offer, leave it alone - she's not interested. In your current case, she said she MAYBE available one night next week - it's a weak counter-offer (not specific to day or time or potential meet up location), but a counter-offer nonetheless. Your goal, then, would be to respond back with "that could be arranged - I'm busy Monday and Tuesday but free on Wednesday and Thursday, how about u?" and see what she says. Good luck!
