Easy. You do it cold turkey.

Condition is that you don't drink for the first week, maybe even second. When you drink you want to smoke, so just don't drink first week.

In two to three days your head is going to hurt mad, and you are going to be angry.

Then after that, you will feel your lungs hurting and inside your mouse it will taste like cats pooped. Remember this feeling. You will come back to this feeling whenever it gets hard later on.

After first week you can have some drinks. You should be fine.

Then later, you might get big headaches when you drive next to gas stations or other places where they sell cigarettes. Your mind is going to mess with you like that.

Just remember that feeling when your lungs hurt and it felt like cat poop inside your mouth.

This will keep you going without cigarettes. Thinks will become normal on 3rd or 4th week after you quit.

If you're trying to quit an addiction, just remember you can't do this alone. What I mean alone, -spiritually. You've got to go back to the source of who you are, that's by worshipping your creator and doing holistic activities such as Meditation and prayer and reading the scriptures. You've also got to have healthy habits such exercising, eating healthy and having a great bed sleeping hygiene and routine. Worship and do everything base on your creator and you'll find out your not alone in your journey towards beating an addiction.

Hell no. I've never even smoked a single cigarette.

Personally I think it's disgusting. I hate the smell. I hate what it does to your teeth, your breath, your clothes...

When I worked as a DJ in clubs too I probably had enough 2nd hand smoke to last a lifetime tho...the worst thing was getting home and realizong I smelled like an old ashtray...I wanted to vomit.

Most people don’t want to quit because it’s too uncomfortable

You need to read books about the science of nicotine addiction and take notes and build a plan to kick cold turkey and never give up until you kick it. Cold turkey is the only way with nicotine. And you can never relapse not even a single puff

if you read the science behind nicotine withdrawal it makes better sense. One of the tips is to drink a sip of orange juice every 5 minutes or to eat candy every five minutes because your body goes haywire without nicotine

I’ve told hundreds of people how to seriously quit and I doubt any of them ever even tried.

personally I’d recommend just going to a rehab facility that understands nicotine addiction.

I tried and failed repeatedly before I finally quit. I quit once for four years, and I wanted a cigarette every day of that four years. Conversely, when I was smoking, every time I lit up I thought "I need to quit". But the last time I quit, the desire went away. They say you can't quit until you're ready. But keep at it, and eventually you'll be ready.

And yeah, once you quit, it's the most disgusting thing in the world.
