"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I was wondering how to smell absolutely great. I don't have body odor problems or anything, and take a shower every day, but I want to know how to not make different scents conflict with one another. Should I wear unscented deoderant and use unscented soap and let the cologne do all the work, or can I use scented soap and deoderant? I know that scent is a very important sense, and I don't want to be afraid of standing close to girls or giving them a hug. Any suggestions?

1. Trim my armpit hair and pubes. Scissor-length.
2. Unscented Arm & Hammer anti-perspirant
3.) Unscented hair gel
4.) Shave with Ivory soap and lots of hot water
5.) One shot of cologne, straight up into the air over my head, let the mist fall onto my bare skin and into my hair. Clothes go on over it.
6. Floss and Mint Listerine. Often.

wait !
no one actually smells the same no matter what kind of deodorant or cologne they are using. you need to try both on two different days and see what smells best on you.
its also nice to have a trademark smell, but when you break up with someone change it just a little.

I read in Cosmopolitan that vanilla turns women on and gets the estrogen freely flowing more than any other scent.

Here is my routine:

Gillette Mach 3 turbo razor and gel for shaving my head and my other 2000 + 1 part.

Toms from Maine natural deodorant.
I strongly advise using a good moisturizer after a shower. I use :

They use real vanilla bean and shea butter and this alone will drive your woman / women absolutely crazy!

I don't put cologne on until I'm just walking out the door. I apply iit as taught to me from my Dad: 1 good squirt on my left wrist then rub both wrists together in a clockwise swirl for 3 seconds. Next, 1 squirt on the nape of my throat. Lastly, One small squirt on my right wrist which I'll use my fingers to apply just behind both earlobes.

There isn't a more confident feeling than walking out on the town smelling great and wearing great shoes.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
