How to punish a girl over text and in OLD for slightly bad behaviour

I always get girls acting up over text. even if theyre simping for me, its like they are sh1ttesting but its also disrespect.

for example this girl kept randomly talking good things about her ex and i told her twice do not talk to me about these things. the second time i said dont talk to me about these things or i will stop talking to you. also then I gave her 1 word replies for a while to show i was disinterested.

then she did it again so insultmaxxed on her and blocked her off everything.

but I just lost a girl who was really interested in me, sending pics of her tits every morning and sh1t.

i dont know how else to punish a girl?


i used to have an ex gf who would always speak to other boys over instagram while we were together and id punish her by saying im done with her and blocking her for a few days-a week until she found a way to contact me and begged and cried to get back with me. but then she would cheat agian and again.

its like girls want to be with me, but they also want to emotionally abuse me. why does this keep happening? even when i immediately nip it in the bud when they even do sh1t like mention an ex. where am i going wrong? how can i stop them from behaving like this or punish it?

Respond to this by not responding. And you withdraw attention and apply S&D. Your one-word answer approach was correct -- unfortunately, as others have pointed out, before you got there you let her get under your skin and reacted out of emotion.

but if i act indifferent about her bringing her ex up. she will continue to do it. even though i hate it.

I would think it would show dominance and not a pushover by telling her directly what i dont want to talk about.

If any woman is bringing up an ex to that level you are describing then she is not over them and you should not be using her for anything other than sex. You need to apply S&D appropriately here. If she keeps exhibiting a behavior that you don't like, you show her her error by withdrawing attention. The more she does it, the less attention she gets. If she keeps doing it, then you withdraw completely and drop her from your rotation.
