So I was in a similar situation.
I’m a physician who gives paid talks for Pharmqceutical drugs. A dinner I was speaking at had several beautiful medical assistants and Ultrasound techs from different offices there. All of them 20-25 yo latinas (my preferred type).
All it took was for me to muster the courage to sit next to them, ask if they enjoyed the talk, and order a round of tequila shots. LOL. After that, rest is history.
Girls love to party, especially with me who already have social proof.
