Have you guys ever experienced situations where you didnt perform as well as you thought you would have in a social interaction? Like I feel stupid over the little things that I missed, like missed cues, things that I regret that I didnt do, etc. I don't know, i think i'm being hard on myself.. Needed insight on this, and how I should deal with it. Thanx in advance

Reframe this. You didn't fail, you gained experience, next time you know better, you should be happy for this experience. Without failure you can never realize your full potential.

all the time i regret about stuff i didnt do...when i had the opportunity to fuk a lot of fine ass girls, when i was about to buy the real madrid soccer team jersey but didnt and then one day later i saw the whole team and they could have sign it, when i went to amsterdam and didnt smoke weed, when i was in berlin and didnt **** a hooker, .... damn my life is a regret!!
