"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I have a problem.... despite the fact that I'm trying really hard to enrich myself like joining clubs, playing music and doing various sports..... no one thinks that I'm interesting (despite the fact that I constantly tell myself that I'm an interesting person). I can see this when I enter a convo with a popular friends and his other friends and chics but as he left ( and I was trying to carry on the convo) they all left. Also most of the time, when my group of friends talk about something, I don't have much input to make, mainly due to the fact that I don't know what they're talking about ad often I get ignored. What should I do???

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Go to the link to Dimond Lounge, I'm actually in the process of making a guide about conversation skills that you could use. Considering what you've said, I think you might need it.

who says your not interesting????

the only persons saying that is yourself.

Thats the wrong thing to be saying to yourself. It will put you in the wrong mindframe and as soon as your in a group of kids that are popular and confident you'll immaediately slip into that mindframe and stay quiet. And not get your voice heard.

The thing to be saying to yourself is

I AM THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON I KNOW.

say it every night before bed and every morning before you get up and eat.

youll see changes rapidly.
