"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Some guys are saying "giving her the 'D' is the only way to fix her." Not helpful advice. One of those girls: Jealous, disrespectful, stuck up. I never talk to her, but the attitude persists. Working overtime 6 days a week with the same person. I could spend my time trying to analyze her but she's just one of those neurotic, insecure women that is just lost. I don't react, avoid unneeded conversation, yet ignoring her isn't working and it's been months. How's a guy to put a woman like that in her place without looking like a douche?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

The fact you don't talk to her and her attitude persists indicates to me she has the power over you. You say she is jealous, disrespectful, stuck up, neurotic and insecure. That's a lot of accusations. I hope you are not projecting.

Anyway, just don't let it get to you. I doubt she is as bad as you say. The way you are explaining the situation puts you in the place of a victim.

All I can say is that you have to be swift with people like that. Nip it in the bud.

You say it's been months...

Plus you say you work with her 6 days a week without talkin gto her? You make all these accusations yet you say you don't try to analyse her?

It sounds to me she is just behaving that way because she can.

You should be ashamed of yourself for letting it get this far. I understand that you are now afraid to show to her that you have balls because the fact you didn't react sooner gave her the idea she was allowed to behave like that.

Just be calm and assertive man. Tell her you don't appreciate that kind of behavior.

I have 2 tips for you: read 'Way of The Superior Man by David Deida, and watch a lot of The Dog Whisperer.

Try telling your manager about the situation. You don't have to put up with that **** in the workplace the same way she wouldn't have to put up with you if you were sexually harassing her.

Heh, water under the bridge. I guess everyone got tired of her, including the boss. She was particularly bad today, but whatever, found out she's getting fired.
