"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
Everyone was driven to this site for a reason and that reason being that one "special lady" that you "loved". "I GAVE HER EVERYTHING, ALL MY ATTENTION, ALL MY DEVOTION, WE HAD SUCH DEEP CONVERSATIONS!!!!!!!!!! WHY DOES SHE ONLY SEE ME AS A FRIEND?! WHERES THE ROPE AND STOOL ALL IS LOST!"

We've all been here, some harder than others, but honestly heres my story and how I got over my girl. Ironically it happened just now and thats why I want to write this up. Like I am fully over this girl, no emotional attachment.

So it started out when I personally met this girl at the club. Got her number and had some of the longest conversations I have ever had with a women. They were deep, went on for weeks, and I thought I wouldnt get attached. I really wasnt attached at all from the start. However, something happened where I LOVED THIS GIRL! Like it was some serious oneitis which was bs. I thought this girl was "the one" and the only good girl out there. I put her on a pedestal, I turned back into a chump, and I gave her all my attention.

Eventually I told her I loved her and it went far down hill from there. After we hooked up its like I was hooked for whatever reason. So after that I deleted her texts, facebook, and number from my phone and I have been better off ever since. improving my life and doing what I should be doing.

Just recently she started texting me again, I decided to respond. Usually when she texts me I get all excited and what not but now I just dont care. There is no feeling left for this girl. I realized that she was not even remotely close to the best girl I have ever been with. After her I have had so much better, I saw that the grass was greener on the other side.

Fast forward to this convo I just had with her. She said my ego is out of control, I never text her anymore, and im a player. Lol to all this. So somewhere along this convo she said how her ego was boosted , I asked how, she said "well when I was a wh0re I loved the satisfaction of talking to 4 different guys at once. " Holy sh1t this gave me the largest realization in my mind that this girl IS NOTHING. She is nothing special, not one bit and shes fvcking gross. When I started to improve myself, it seems like she got uglier. It was a funny thing. And I think once I heard her say that it was the last thread that needed to be broken to fully break away from this girl.

All I did was slowly realize that YES, the grass is greener on the otherside with sexier girls. I also made her look ugly in my mind (in she is in real life now anyway so...), and I made her seem like nothing. Just some tips and a personal story from me to help out anyone who is new and who wants to break their "love" from their mind.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

My dumb@ss had contact with an ex of 4 years. She was probably on the rebound. The very probable taste of Organic protein shakes on my tongue was what did it for me.

Losing 30+ lbs, career oriented and reacquiring my baIIs had her wanting me back. I still have that grin when I said "no thanks" still.

Good story bud.

I had a similar situation.

It's amazing how wonderful you THINK one girl might be and you turn all your focus onto her and her glorious self, but when you actually start improving yourself and LETTING yourself see the other possibilities the world has to offer, that girl that you once thought was THE ONE is nothing more than a average, if not low value girl.

had a girl turn me down, found this site. next time i saw her was with mutual friends, we were all out for drinks, after reading the DJ bible (or most of it), i spent the night ripping her for her faults, bit of banter (this made me feel better), she has a sharp tongue, but i always got the final words. It seems that the harshest things you want to say to someone are acceptable as long as you have a smile on your face.

long story short she was texting me the next day seeming keen. (sorry pressed post by accident)

take away her feeling of self worth it seems she has to come to you to try and earn it back. She wont get it from me though. i love myself too much to stoop back down there.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
