Well basically I guess my girl does not want to please me by giving me head. Or as I was thinking maybe she never gave it before and does not know how to give it to me. We are often in public places. What exactly can I say or do to take a girl from a public place like a mall and drag her somewhere isolated so I can get head?

what do you both live with your parents or something? Go get a room.
edit. no I wasn't be sarcastic. Get a room. your asking her to do something she hasn't done in a semi public place? Either go find somewhere really private and take her there or get a room. Its on you to make it happen. If you have car...well there ya go. If no car and no room, then wait for her parents to leave and go over...tahts what I used to do in high school.
