No this is not a race thread, I just noticed my skin doesnt look as good as it used to, now I know that a 30yrs old guy cant have the face of a 20yrs old one and some wrinkels are supposed to appear, yet Im referring to the tone, the brightness and the overall cleanness.

What could helps apart drink enough water which I already do?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Anecdotally HGH will help with skin issues. However, I am not recommending self-meditating with it as there are some serious side effects. I am just mention it as you may want to have a look at anti-aging clinics etc.

Skin problems are usually the symptom of another problem, rarely the actual problem.

Usually they reflect what is going on inside your body, as its the largest organ you have. Bad skin is usually related to a poorly functioning liver, a poor gut microbiome(bacteria that live in your stomach), poor diet, and/or lack of hydration.

To fix the problem you have to fix the cause, not the symptom.
