"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I have recently joined this community and have read quite a few red pill books. It feels like learning to walk again. There is one situation which I have not found covered and where I am not sure how to act.

I usually feel lost when female starts complaining that she is fat, I do not know what should I respond. She must be looking for validation that she is sexy, but is it in my best interest to provide it or should I say something else. And in what way should my response differ in case she is actually chubby?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

The fvck you doing with complaining fat bytches, dog?

anybody complains to you about something that you can't do anything about...
you can simply point out the folly of their complaint by asking them "anything I can do
for you?". If they have any intelligence they should realise the uselessness of their complaining...

.....or tell her..."well go jog around the block and put the fork down"

her self esteem or validation is not your concern nor is it your job to be her conduit for her complaints (that's the job of her orbitors ;) )

If she isn't then disagree. If she is then don't lie, say something like "so what?". Do you give a sh!t or is it a problem to you if her insecurity is true? If not then just ignore it or tell her she's wrong, period.

If my girlfriend told me she's ugly I would laugh and tell her to shut the fvck up with that bullsh!t. She doesn't complain though, I could handle if she did on rare occasions, but if it became a habit I'd be happy to validate her belief. Insecurity and negative self-view is a massive turn off, meaning if she thinks she's ugly she's right because she thinks so.

No, No, No, No, he shouldn't be validating fat bytches and telling them it's okay to be fat bytches. It's not. It's fvcking unhealthy and disgusting. You and all her dirty little orbitors telling her she's fab just the way she is, are perpetuating the obesity problem and keeping the big bytch in a state of denial and delusion.....

Stop it. Tell her to put the big mac down and get on the threadmill.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Perfect opportunity for a neg if she's not fat and just fishing for compliments. I've actually dealt with this several times (with NON-fat girls).

I always say either "Oh yeah? Let's have a look at you." or "What do you mean, fat?" depending on how well I know her, and I then obviously scan her body with my eyes. I'll then say "Hmmm..." in that sing-songy way that means "possibly". You know that "Hmmm" that substitutes for that unsure vocalization of "maybe".

Gets 'em every time.

If a guy doesn't accept a woman's weight then he clearly should not express that. If a guy doesn't mind her fat but the insecurity is the problem then "so what?" is an appropriate response, it doesn't deny the fact that she's fat but it denies that the guy gives a sh!t and thus her insecurity over it. If she's just insecure and deluded to believe she's fat when she's not then going against it is appropriate, based on it simply not being true.

If being fat is disgusting or not is a matter of personal opinion, I don't care about other peoples preferences regarding the other sex.

About you calling me an orbiter I say you're wrong, you don't know sh!t about me.

Women will always think there is something wrong with their bodies. They always think they are 'fat', which is ******** for 'I'm not perfect'. They're looking for validation...

The only way to deal with this stupidity is to joke about it and change the subject to sex. If she starts asking if what she is wearing makes her look fat... then you say "Yes... that outfit makes you look fat... take it off immediately and get into bed... you look much better naked." Or ask for a strip tease so you can give her an honest assessment.

If she starts getting ticked off because you won't take the question seriously just keep joking about it, NEVER NEVER take the question seriously. The last thing you need to do is to start the stupid.. "No baby, you're not fat!" This makes you look weak and trust me, the woman ALWAYS knows when you are just saying what she wants to hear.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
