"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I know I can't do dinner and a movie and hope to get even closer to a woman. I claimed that I am fun and romantic on dates...even though I haven't dated in a long time! I only did so to make myself seem that I'm worth more and had more experience with women than what I really had. ;)

But what can you do on a date to be romantic and get the girl more attracted to you? If I make a claim like the one above and not have the proof, word on the streets will get out HEAVILY and I'll have a 1 in 100 chance to ever be able to take a woman out (or have sex) again. Suggestions are always welcome. Thanx!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

What makes you think women want a first date to be romantic? What kind of things were you thinking of doing to "be romantic"?

Why do guys set themselves up like this? Would it have been so difficult to say that you were laid back and would just want to meet casually to see what happens? How exactly do you expect to come off as having a ton of experience without having any? What can be said that will immediately turn you into a DJ? I don't know, maybe you can find something in the DJB.

she earns the romance by complying with your date ideas and allowing you to get physical with her

you don't yet know if she is worthy of romance

Never make it seem like you think you have to prove yourself to her by claiming such things. You already have her on a pedastal like you're trying to get her to like you... listing your qualities etc.

Just don't do it next time.

Since you already have, if she questions you or wonders why you aren't acting 'romantic' like you claim, tell her she hasn't done anything to make you feel like she warrants it or something in a witty/funny way.

If you make her feel she has to work for you and she's the one worrying about whether or not you like her, things will go a lot smoother and in your favour!

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"Romantic" means different things. It can mean afc wuss, and if you ask women to define the term, what they will describe is mostly afc behavior. But then if they had a date with a guy who did those things, they would say that they just didn't feel attraction (even though he was a really nice guy...).

What women actually want is a man who displays the type of behavior that we know generates attraction: demonstrating value, social proof, kino, leadership, independence, and keeping her guessing about your feelings by using push/pull and mixing fun neg-hits with the occasional unexpected compliment. When you do the right things, you generate attraction, and women will think of you as 'romantic,' even though you don't conform to the traditional Hallmark-card concept of romance.

nismo-4,

romantism exists only in book. Let me tell you about real life. One day I was chatting (really sarging in fact :D ) with my actual GF and said : "In the next minute I'll pick up my phone and call you. Be near. I want to feel you smiling through the line..."

The next time we met, she called me a romantic :D Can anybody guess why?

I keep searching about the word "romantism"
