How to be more sociable

This site is good for giving improvement to people who suck with girls, or people who simply want to add to their game.
But for me, I don't even have a game, I just ignore them all because I feel afraid or awkward talking to them.
Because of my personality, and that I just left school, I don't get the chance to even meet much people anymore, except from at the gym.

How would you guys get over this? Go to a psychologist and seek help for my sociophobia? Or can any of you relate to this situation/give me advice. What's worked for you?

I think you need to get a change of scenery. Move somewhere or get a job that puts you with people.

Do the bootcamp. Even if you get no ass, then at least your shyness problem won't be as bad. In fact after a few weeks your shyness problem will probably go away altogether.
