Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

How do you act around a girl's friends, classmates, co-workers, etc?

I've found it pretty effective to play up the cool and (yes) sweet guy around the friends more than you would ever do around the girl...but to always game the girl using the tactics described on this board. Bottom line is girls talk and what you are doing here is influencing your reputation...I'd rather have the girl hear that I'm a great guy and do cool things than to hear that I was acting all mysterious around her friend. That only seems to make sense when it's one on one.

But this is the one that I haven't quite settled on...what do you say when one of the girl's friends asks you what you think about the girl? That you like her? That she's alright?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Agreed, man. But it happens. Especially when you get introduced through a third party (I'm in college now and EVERYTHING here is still so high school).

And right now...I can personally think of 3 girls I am interested in whose friends I see more than her.

Anyhow, I had the direct question thing happen to me not too long ago and I changed the subject. Just wondering if anybody had any cool responses.

If you ask the girls in my "friends group" about me. Some will say they love me and im a great guys. Other will say im a right bastard. I act diffrently around diffrent girls. I generally treat girl friends how they do me. I only use DJ tactics on ones i want to hit on. Which in my friends group is none atm. All the girls i am after dont know my friends.
