"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've gained 5lbs in the past 2 weeks though. It's not the holidays that are doing it. I have no idea what it is. I've been tracking my progress and I've ONLY been getting around 2000-2500 calories. I know I'm burning more than that...

Anybody have a link to a glycemic index site that lists a butt load of different foods?

without knowing what you've been eating and how long the time was, it's hard to say. 10lbs in 2 months could be a good thing. 10lbs in 1 month could be a very bad thing. however if you're eating to grow and not doing cardio, you should be getting fat - you should be eating so much that without an elevated metabolism and fat burning cardio, you'd put on adipose (not turn into a pig but still more than your body needs).

I'm putting on fat, but its not really noticeable. If I flex my abs I can still see them, more so than I have in the couple weeks...

And my weight gain is closer to the past month...

i keep track of stuff there.. havent been 100% on it, but the past week or so has been relatively on the dot.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Yeh vending machines = huge temptation.

I guess I'm just going to do cardio and lift my ass off, and somehow manage to clean up my diet, and add to it.

This sh*t is crazy tough, and addicting

I've had that happen twice to me since I started to really get serious about working out.

In my case I think I was overtraining. I put on like ten pounds out of no where when I stopped working out for a while.
I started to train again, then got pnemonia and added like eight to ten pounds because I couldn't work out because of it.

I was doing squats, deads and bench every workout about every other day.

I only do em once a week, so I'm sure I'm not overtraining.

everything with double digit carbs in your diet appears to be high glycemic index: candy, pasta, etc.

not that i blame you, but it could explain the weight gain.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Skilla, I suggest you do some basic reading. Even DIESEL's guides gives you some good carb choices. If you're seriously getting fat and eating crappily at 150lbs something is very wrong.

Do you drink beer? I've packed on some unwanted pounds because of it.

Raw GI and glycemic load values:

http://www.glycemicindex.com/

More general nutritional info including both:

http://www.nutritiondata.com/

general carb principles (even though you aren't interested, maybe others will be):

- GOOD carbs: fibrous vegetables, whole grain products, fibrous fruits

- BAD carbs: pasta (except whole wheat), white bread / rolls, fruit juices, anything with added sugar or high fructose corn syrup, products that claim to be whole grain but whole grain is not the first ingredient, anything with high "net carbs" (carbs - fiber), fried foods (the breading), candy, chips (there goes about everything in the average vending machine except sesame seeds & plain peanuts)

The only time you need "bad" (simple) carbs is immediately post-workout, in which as almost any sort of simple sugar will do.

uh you're eating like no protein and a crapload of ****ty carbs, what do you expect?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm apparently very close to you in age, weight, height. I'd recommend just doing a 3km jog 5 days a week; that tends to keep the excess weight off.

No offense, but f*ck jogging lol. If I'm going to do some cardio it's going to be on a bike, or some sprints and its going to be moderate to high intensity (my personal preference). I absolutely hate edurance stuff like jogging for a long ass time. I'm a 100m dash runner, so I guess my mental programming is "let's go fast"

"products that claim to be whole grain but whole grain is not the first ingredient"

Yup, sometimes they use dyes to make it brown. Technically, they can call white bread 'wheat' since it does come from wheat.

Make sure it says "100% whole wheat".

Nope. Not a beer fan at all.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
