"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

When I came on here, I was a very bitter person, as some of you may recall with my first posts. (do a search for my name if you want to see how bad I was) I had a case of oneitis with a chick that I fell for and I screwed up bigtime. It was tough to get through, but with sosuave, I now have mustered the courage to start asking girls out. Hell, I asked one out today and she said sure, so over the span of a couple of weeks I have a couple of prospects now. The girl I was interested in is more or less history, although I am considering patching things up with her and being friends (because she WAS a good friend, just that i wanted more and i guess it made her feel uncomfortable)

So, I just wanted to say that this community has done alot for my self confidence and has helped me rid myself of some deep seated flaws. Oh yeah, and getting some dates too! :D

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

i think getting over those deed seeded fears is just going for it. like jumping in a pool of icy water. just dive in instead of easing in slowly and painfully.
