"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

My girlfriend seems to find it necessary to let me know when she thinks another guy is hot. If there's someone on television who she thinks is hot, she makes sure to tell me. Now I'm not sure how to react to this. I'm not going to deny that I'm a little insecure when it comes to the way I look, but I don't need to know about every man she finds attractive. I never mention to her any woman I find attractive, because I want her to feel like she's the most attractive woman in my life. I just told her what I thought about her doing this, and she got pissed, called me a jackass and told me she didn't want to talk to me right now.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Tell her to go fvck him, then kick her out. When she asks if you are serious, tell her **** yea, you don't sit around being disrespected by someone telling you that other guys are hot. You don't pull that sh!t on her and you shouldn't have to put up with that.

going to agree with silverback here do it but like do it way more then she does it , and escalate it so its worse like for instance say your watching a tv show with some hot chik in it say you find her extremly attractive then list sexual things u could do to her that u dont do with her girl, and also you could compare her to ure current girl and make her out to be way better looking, its meen but she will get the picture and stop

Disagree with both of you, don't play her game. When you do this you are on her own terms. If you call her sh!t and then take it to a different level then you are in control.

Let her know that the games are unacceptable.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
