Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

What if she does not respond maturely?? Instead negatively or defensive of her behaviorLet her know that she is being disrespectful but be polite about it, don't attack her. Make sure that you know your boundaries and allow a girl to play games with you. Examine why she is being this way, could it be something that offended her that you might have said or done. Exactly what I do. I'll simply bring up the behavior I don't agree with twice at most. If it continues I simply give them enough rope to hang themselves with and drop them. As in no talking, no investing any further at all. No text, email, calls nothing. Leave, learn and grow in a positive direction from the situation. Here's the thing...if a person is being an a$$ and treating you poorly, the ONLY way I would ever consider giving them a second chance is if I communicated to them "I wont put up with being treated that way" and they didn't try to defend or dismiss my communication. If they seem to understand what I am saying and where I am coming from, and are agreeable, then okay, let's try again.
If you say nothing about how you feel disrespected, the behavior WILL occur again - if only because you appeared to have put up with it before, so there's 'nothing wrong' as far as the other person knows.
