Would music videos like this count as porn?

I mean it makes you feel good and you are sort of pretending someone cares about you when you look at a video like that, so it's like emotional masturbation? Is that what porn is supposed to do? Sell you something that is not real so you feel good for a moment.

It does. But on a microscope ,individual level. I guess we all know by now porn has a almost similar effect as narcotics. It's a REAL addiction.
I find that there are only certain video snippets that really get me going, and whenever I find one, I'll probably fap 3x a day for a few days over it, but then it doesn't work quite the same anymore; of course, I keep them in my stash, and if I get hard up enough, eventually something there is going to work. I think this is one of the reasons why camming is popular, as every video snippet is new (and live).

We would not have ex wives if they were like that depiction in that music video.
Can't speak for yours of course, but I have to say that my ex wife is every bit as attractive as
Jess Glynne. She's not my ex because she wasn't pretty enough.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

That is an interesting thought. You are suggesting I like the music video is because Jess Glynne is pretty, not really because "any woman" is singing those lyrics to me (as an audience). I always thought that I'm not prejudiced in terms of how pretty a girl is. If any type of girl sung the same song that it would be just the same, because it's the character of the woman, being there for me through thick and thin rather than how she looks.
Now you have introduced a new element suggesting that we might be superficial and looking at the fact jess Glynne also happens to be pretty. However, I would say that's unfair because if another woman made a cover for that song, I'd listen to her too, and I'd look at the character of the song rather than who is delivering it. If that's the only music video of a lady proclaiming her love, then you attribute it more to her creative genius, her understanding what makes men tick, and the moving words and lyrics, the cinematography, direction, rather than her being just being pretty.

Just to be true to my own words. I searched youtube and looked at a couple of ladies who sung the cover of that song. They didn't look at the camera, it sounded rushed or not in tempo with the Jess Glynne music video, and it looks like only Jess Glynne herself, with the direction of that music video did the trick of selling the lyrics of the song. It has nothing to her being pretty, and in fact, the other women who did covers of the song could arguably be pretty too, but they did not sell the song with me. They had the voice and some acoustic arrangement, but it fell flat. It had no life, no penetration, and was just some song.

In the music video, she's looking right at the camera and as an audience, you could even feel like that video was made just for you. It's personal. I've blown it up on my Meta Quest 2 VR, and I've played it in a projector on the wall because it has that charm, charisma and artistic life to it. It's not just because Jess Glynne is pretty, it is because she has a creative team, and she of herself knows how to deliver the song effectively.

Here is an interesting scene out of a movie portraying someone paying over $ 1,500 to another lady for her to call her "hun".

It shows how people that are very deprived out can be willing to pay money for a fake experience of someone saying words to them. You can just replace that main character lady for another guy and lady dynamic, but that would be rather extreme (but with some of the OnlyFans stuff, maybe not as extreme as we would like?. Imagine some guy making a weird request like that to an OnlyFans model?) But, Gina Rodriguez is hot.

If we were going to compare Gina Rodriguez vs Jess Glynn who would be hotter?

Well it’s definitely better to quit it than to keep watching it. It’s an unnatural source of extreme dopamine releases and it also usually puts you in the spectator mode of watching two people who **** with each other while you jerk off in your dark room like a cuckold.

But will quitting it make a real big difference to your life? This probably depends a lot on how severe you were addicted to porn. If you just watched it occasionally, quitting it completely won’t turn your life upside down

Most porn addicts who recover won't be able to go out and be master seducers like Mystery or Neil Strauss. Also, when they do get laid, the quality of the woman probably won't be near that of the typical porn star. Many of the top tier porn stars are good looking women.

You don't want to be in that spot.

I've been doing nofap for several years and it is the single most notable factor in attracting women, you are completely invisible after fapping a bunch of times and when you are doing well all of a sudden the girl at the checkout is smiling at you and playing with her hair, you're at the gym and some cutie decides to pick the bench next to yours when all the other ones are empty, the girlies start greeting you. It's the vibe that they pick up on, you start slowly feeling better, looking better and sharper, you have more motivation and confidence, you start getting stuff done. Guys need to stop sleeping on this.
