Whenever you have the time and she agrees to meet you and doesn't flake. As you spend more time with her she will become more familiar with you. However, don't smother her or go out of your way to see her.

Talking pretty regularly is okay on text or phone, just keep it light and fun. For the first 3 months, I would say don't go out any more than twice a week. A man's time is valuable and a woman has to earn it.

Every situation is different, but limiting time early allows you to focus on yourself and not get attached too early.
