"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

ok.im overweight.not obses, but fat.i finally started losing weight earlier this summer.i want to get down to at least 170.so,my question is,how much does weight affect your success with the ladies? i mean, fat, skinny, built, husky, etc,we all want to get with hot chicks.or at the least pretty chicks.so,aside from trying to lose weight, what can i do to be able to attract pretty girls? i mean, with all this talk of looks on the board, lets be honest.hot girls go for hot guys mostly.it seems even average looking or kinda ok looking,or even straight up ugly girls still go for the attractive guy.right?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

A lot.
I went from around 264lbs (120kg) to 209lbs (95kg) and the dealing with women is noticeably easier, the success is better etc. It's a very, very important factor. I'm looking to lose 22lbs (10kg) more to be lean. I used to be that guy when you looked at him and well, you knew he was fat. Now I'm regular, maybe a bit on the strong side but I'm going to lose 10kg in fat until new years or even more.

Most of the noticable differences are in the head. As you lose weight, bulk up or whatever you are shotting for comes closer and closer to completion you confidence shoots up.

Don't get me wrong it helps to be average over obese,or muscular over skinny.

I'm overweight too I'm kind of stocky like george constanza, but i'm solid though so if a girl touches me she won't feel the fat she'll feel the muscle. But Don't feel bad though if you work at a demanding job you'll start to lose weight quickly, without trying.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'm the complete opposit. I'm much too light (5'7 at 135 lb.). I'm going back to weight lifting to build some muscle mass.
Psychologically it has effected me much. It always make me feel bad about my appearance. I constantly feel self concious when going out.

I went from 260 down to 175, and than built up to 210 which I'm at now. Confidence has shot through the roof. The road is rough but well worth it in the end. If you have the will power than anything is possible.

I was at 294 3 months ago, and it did affect me in a very very big way, mainly with self worth and courage.

Im now at 253, and hoping to be at 220 by christmas, and altho im far from an acceptable weight, im beginning to notice a girl checking me out from time to time , and confidence levels are skyrocketing.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
