Personally, I think crying over a dead mouse makes you a big wuss but that is by the point.

IT IS ONLY A BIG DEAL IF YOU MAKE IT A BIG DEAL. Starting a conversation with her about how she saw you crying and what she thinks of you after that only screams of insecurity.

She'll be laughing in the back of her mind like what type of man are you that you not only cried over a dead mouse but you're worried about how she perceives you.

You have to maintain a strong frame and just act like it's no big deal. She will see you don't care about it or what she thinks about you and she will move on.

Draw her into your frame not the other way around.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Wow... I've killed so much stuff in my life I can't even imagine someone having a hard time killing a mouse. When you are doing these type of things it's generally not a bad thing if you have good reason to do it. A mouse in the house spreading disease destroying things is good reason to kill something. His death is justified because he is putting your life in danger.

I know you have heard things like that said before so maybe it doesn't mean much to you. Millions of people have suffered and died from rodent spread disease. Kill the mouse dude...
