"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Wow, you take 20 pills of fish oil? As in the 1000 mg ones?

I just take 1 fish-oil softgel. Looking for a multivitamin because my current diet is pretty much all meat.

does all that fish oil make you feel good?

Do you notice a difference when you go without fish oil?

Because you are taking an enormous dosage of fish oil, thats why I ask.

Just a Centrum multivitamin. Proper eating and nutrition was raised into me by my parents though, so I never really saw the need for too many supplements.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Right now I am taking:

9 cod liver oil
2 zinc
2 magnesium
6 cissus, although I will be taking the equilvalent in powdered cissus from today.

I also need to buy a capping kit for the creatine I have, but I can't afford it at the moment.

I think I said in Stallion's log that I was on 30-40 a day at one point. But thinking about it, it was probably more like 40-50. Hello liver tablets!

10x1g fish oil
1x400IU vit. E
2xmulti's
5xbcaa's
2xthermo's

might start popping some flax oil at some point.

That'll probably stay the same for a long time.. Don't want start spending more on fish oil, and I don't really want to take any more of the rest. Might even drop the thermo's after this tub is done.. Hopefully I can even start cutting back on the fish oil once I start adding some salmon to my diet, now that I'm actually close to where the fish are caught.

They are high in Bvitamins and a great way to get some more protein, Alex put me on them last year. Just can't afford them at the moment, but I recommend them. Uni-liver is the brand to get.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

6 pills

The GNC Mens Joint Health pack has 6 pills and one of them is a fish oil pill. Why would you take 10 or 20 fish oil pills? The most I've taken was two.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
