You should do whatever you think you should do. If you wanna tell her, do it, if not, dont.

I think a more important scenario detail you missed is the relationship between the girl and the guy.

If its a ONS, say whatever the hell you want.

If its a **** buddy, you can probably tell the truth if its a lot (since they obviously aren't too hung up on sex, being **** buddies and all) or exaggerate if its a small number, or really say what you want.

If it's a long term relationship, you should probably tell the truth because odds are it will come out at some point, and the other person would probably not be too happy to find out you slept around a LOT if you claimed to be practically a virgin, or vice versa.
