Hi Bella,
Welcome aboard....I laughed about your friend.....When I was about 16,I raised Chooks, eggs coming out of the Families Ears...After walking home from the movies with two Mates I would regale them with 18 eggs done on the stove top in Mutton dripping, the treat at the end was mopping up the Pan with bread lathered in Butter,Happy Days!
Woah! Yes, it is quite much. But again, for how many people were these 18 eggs cooked? If it is for 2 to 3 people, then exactly it depends on person to person.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It's normal for me to have 10-15 eggs in a day when eating eggs (usually as the first meal), and then whatever meat for dinner, and for frying I use refined coconut oil. I look and feel amazing, stomach is always flat and energy is always great.

I don't eat this way everyday though, but I'm exclusively low-carb and nearly everything I consume is animal products with some occasional green vegetables.

That's the thing. You may eat that much egg in a day, but again it might not work for every day. And I think we are talking about how many we could eat daily.

Hi Itouchyou,
Quite frankly I am amazed at this....It is known that races such as the Inuit have remarkable tolerance to Cholesterol.....I am of Scots Blood,my ancestors living on the fringe of the Atlantic, annually gorged on Sea Bird Eggs and yet My blood work suggests I am very sensitive to egg yolks, can this sensitivity really be genetic?

I have consumed raw eggs in Milk in the time of winter, which first not tasted good, but later would like to have it everyday.

I thought I was the only one left eating canned mackerel. :) Sardines are awesome too.
I keep a stash of canned mackerel and sardines in my pantry, too. Super underrated, packed with protein, omega-3s, and they last forever. Plus, way more affordable than fresh fish most of the time. Do you have a favorite way to eat them? I usually just throw them on toast or mix them into a salad.
