I follow an intensive self-care routine, so regardless of an outing or not, it would take me around 1 hour until Im ready to go.

Right now? 15 minutes. Should I wake up Trans one morning, that'll be stretched out to 25... Readying both a Glock 10mm and a SIG Sauer P226 before moseying on down to the hockey rink, going out in a blaze of glory*, isn't exactly labor unintensive


*Tragically, current US pop is in such a sh-t-y shambles, no one of THIS caliber
is left to celebrate such achievements after the fact

Keep in mind Guys. Men who prioritize self-care will always get mocked by insecure men. The usual labels come out “soft,” “gay,” whatever they think sounds masculine. But taking care of your body, your mind and your appearance doesn't make you less manly. It’s discipline, health and self-respect. It’s having standards and overall being consistent with it.

The loudest critics are often the ones lacking results in their confidence and in the quality of women they attract. They overcompensate with surface-level “manly” behavior, but masculinity isn’t noise, it’s control.


Real strength doesn’t attack self-improvement. It embodies it. For the ones who are here to really improve themself and not get manipulated by insecure Men.

It really depends..

If I'm just going to meet someone for brunch or lunch, it's literally seconds.. phone/ wallet/ shades/ keys/ shoes and I'm out the door.
Maybe a different top.
Oh and take a leak before I go (& wash/dry my hands if you wanna be specific) So about 2+1/2 minutes.

But if I'm gonna pull an all-nighter, something basically against my biorhythms, then more planning is required.
I'll be chilling during the day, and take a siesta after lunch (* I'll also skip lunch if it's a dinner date. Better to go a little hungry).
If I can't rest / siesta, then at least half an hour to an hour or so meditation.
Shower before getting dressed and going out.
So it's about a half day prep.
