I'm going through a phase right now and I'm working to improve myself and such. How do you guys stay persistent and determined?

I was listening to D' Angelo 77 rules, he said to learn to tray instant gratification for long term goals and dreams accomplishment.

So to be honest, how do I go each day when at times I feel low emotional states such as lonelyness.
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

In regards to women? I'm so busy that any woman in my life better be helping and smoothing the way or she's out. I don't have time for anything else.

Write your goals down and keep the list someone you will see it every day. Tape it on a wall in your room.

Some people swear on "dreamboards", might be worth googling.
