how do you meet women when you dont have social circle

I moved to new city , and I am completely stranger there ,I hit on bars and clubs ,super markets and coffee shops , but it seem pickup woman as a completely stranger is hard and I am tired from that ( more than one year without good results )
how do you guys find women outside of your social circle and workplace ?
any idea will be welcomed

Get bettet at cold approaching / get hobbies that involve groups that have women in them

Yep improve cold approaches and do more daygaming. Some of your spots should be good enough for this that you've mentioned. Go to parks, if you belong to a gym then find some there you can talk to as well? Living in a city you need to keep your options/eyes open for these opportunities. For example, you are waiting to get your car serviced by a mechanic and mostly women will be there bored and waiting around as well. Try different bars, not just the same ones since you've likely got plenty of choices. Check for art museums, history exhibits, interactive exhibits, sporting events, horse races, casinos, etc.
