DEXA for a baseline then Google pictures with various body fat percentages until you find one that matches what you see in the mirror

Calipers I use a Fitbit Aria scale for trending only, it measures my body fat high as most impedance tools do.

They make sophisticated bioelectric scales that you stand on while gripping a bar. If nothing else, they're consistent.

But if you're wondering if you're fat, you should go by waist-to-height ratio.
