How do you measure body fat %

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Most people step on a body fat monitor and take it as fact.

Those people are idiots, by the way. Those things are inaccurate as ****. I've heard people tell me they're 2% body fat before. lol

We use those at the gym I work at, and we've yet to experience that sort of error. Three other methods we use at the gym are: measuring your neck and waist, and comparing it with your age to a special chart; Using the BMI, where we attach clips to your right hand and foot (it gathers details just like the BFM), and the last method is using skinfold callipers, measuring your back (just below the shoulder blade), waist/ hip, tricep and bicep.

Usually we just take an average from these results.
