How do you handle a girl who keeps drunk calling you?

There's this friend of mine who is an HB7 7.5 ish. Who keeps calling/texting me when drunk and saying random stuff like "i love you man" "im truly deeply madly in love with you" or "bastard" or some other random ****e like these.

Thus far i just ignore the msgs but i'm wondering if there is a way around this and if there is an underlying meaning i'm missing here?.

If her being drunk is the only way she can express herself then going sober its not going to do it. Ask her out, go with her to a bar and close the deal.
