1) keep burning fat. There is absolutely no such thing as fat spot reduction, so if you can get rid of them, you'll eventually lose them with enough exercise/dieting
2) it's gyno, and it will never ever go away without surgery. You should only worry about this if you've already lost significant fat, are fairly cut, but your moobs remain.

The people on this board are very dedicated to self-improvement. So while some smaller changes may work to reduce bodyfat (swimming from time to time, etc.), the people at this board would recommend more drastic, all-encompassing steps that will result in a huge lifestyle change. A good example of this would be the info in the DIESEL'S GUIDE TO CUTTING thread stickied to the top of this forum. The information in that thread, however, is just one approach to going about it. You just need to figure out how much you really want it. *eats his lowfat pre-bedtime cottage cheese*
However, like the last poster said, if it's Gyno, it's gotta be surgery. You have to shed the fat to find out.

Just a suggestion. I used to work with a man that had a feminine "pear" shape body, boobies included. (Wide in the fanny and hips) His father did too.afrogunso said:
His therapist suggested a physical, complete with full blood panel AND thyroid workup. It showed he was overly producing a certain hormone. (I am so sorry, I do not recall the name of the hormone.) It was not a name I'd heard before, both men and women produce it, women at very high rate and men at an extreme low rate.
He began taking a pill everyday and a shot once a week. It took about a year but with his own weight loss program and the hormone treatments, the boobs, hips and fanny all went away. I recall the shots were for 1 year only but the pills were indefinite.
You may need to get in with an "internalist" rather then your primary doctor to have these in-depth tests run, but it may be in your favor.

No, silly, it was a really odd name and one I am not sure I recognize. It could have been a clinical term, but I DO know the two detail test they ran to find it.Jimbo2k said:Estrogen?

At first it will feel awkward, and somewhat stupid, but it really really works. Im 6' tall, and my top weight was 294. After 2 1/2 months Ive lost 35 pounds. Im now at 259 and hoping to reach 220 by christmas. Weight loss can be done much faster than what Im doing, but im taking it kinda easy, I really recommend this program.
